ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੰਵਾਦ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਗਿਆਨ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਪਾਠ ਪੁਸਕਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ, ਨਵੇਂ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਤੇ ਸੂਚਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਲਈ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪਾਂ, ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਤੇ ਓਰੀਐਂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਯੋਜਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ, ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕਾਂ, ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ੱਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਸਪਰ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਟਾਂਦਰੇ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਯੋਜਨ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਲ (ESG) ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ; 22 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਰ ਦੀ ਪਾਠ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਵਲੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਪਾਠ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹਰ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਲ ਜਾਂ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੁਝਾਏ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ੱਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਿਤ ਪਾਠ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕ ਲਈ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਲਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਮੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਅਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ । ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰਾ ਵਿਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਉੱਚ-ਕੋਟੀ ਦੇ ਪੇਪਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਨਰ-ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਕੇ ਐਨ.ਟੀ.ਐਮ. ਦੇ ਛਮਾਹੀ ਰਸਾਲੇ ‘ਟਰਾਂਸਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਟੂਡੇ’ ਵਿਚ ਛਾਪੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਵਾਦ-ਵਿਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਾਲੇਖ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਮੱਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ (ਖਾਸਕਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਸਕਾਲਰਾਂ) ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ।

ਓਰੀਐਂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਿਖਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ, ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਪਾਠ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸਿਖਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਵੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਓਰੀਐਂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਤੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਸਕਾਲਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਜਿਹੜੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ, ਫ਼ਰੀਲਾਨਸ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕ ਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪੇਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਲੋਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣਦੇ ਹਨ । ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸੱਗ ਨਿਮੰਤਰਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਉਹ ਲੇਖਕ ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਗਿਆਨ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਪਾਠ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ । ਉਹ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਜੋ ਗਿਆਨ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਪਾਠ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਰੁੱਝੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ੱਗ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਅਯੋਜਿਤ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਮੇਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਅਨੁਵਾਦਿਤ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਐਨ.ਟੀ.ਐਮ. ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਆਤਮਕ ਕੰਮ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਲੇਖਕ/ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਅਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।
