این ۔ٹی ۔ایم ورکشاپ، سیمینار اور تربیتی پروگراموں کا انعقاد کرتا ہے جس سے ترجمہ کے مباحث کو آسانی بہم پہنچاسکے۔ ہندوستانی زبانوں میں موجودمختلف علوم کے تراجم کے متون تک رسائی کرنا؛ نوآموز مترجمین کی ترجمہ میں تربیت کرنا، اور معلومات کی اشاعت کرنا، این ۔ٹی ۔ایم محققین، مترجمین، ماہرین اور ناشرین کو تقریبات میں شرکت کے لیے مدعو کرتا ہے تاکہ وہ باہم تعامل اور اظہارِخیال کر یں۔

این ۔ٹی ۔ایم ادارتی حمایت گروپ کے تعامل کی تکمیل کے لیےورکشاپ کا انعقاد کرتا ہے؛ جس میں ۲۲ زبانوں میں ہر ایک متون کے لیے فرہنگ تیار کی جائیں گی۔ایک متون کا ترجمہ مکمل ہونے کے بعد ادارتی حمایت گروپ کے ماہرین یا اور ان کے ذریعہ تجویز کردہ ماہرین ورکشاپ میں ترجمہ شدہ مسودہ پر نظرِ ثانی کر کے مترجم کی رہنمائی کر سکتے ہیں۔

سیمینار
این ۔ٹی ۔ایم ترجمہ سے متعلق تعلیمی تبادلہ کو فروغ دینے کے لیے سیمینار منعقد کرتا ہے۔ ان سیمینار میں پیش کیے گئے مقالاجات پر نظر ثانی کرکے محفوظ کیے جاتےہیں۔ اور انھیں وقتاًفوقتاً این۔ٹی ۔ایم کے ششماہی جریدہ " ٹرانسلیشن ٹوڈے" میں شائع کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ سیمنار این۔ٹی ۔ایم کو ترجمہ پر ہونے والی مباحث کا ایک محفوظ خانہ تیار کرنے میں مدد کرتےہیں جویقینی طور پر مطالعات ترجمہ اور متعلقہ مظامین میں دلچسپی لینے والے افراد(بطورخاص طلباء ریسرچ اسکالر) کی مدد کریں گے۔

تربیتی پروگرام
این ۔ٹی ۔ایم مختلف زبانوں میں تربیتی پروگراموں کا انعقاد کرتا ہے جس میں شرکاء کو ترجمہ ، ترجمہ کےنظریات اور ٘علمی متون کے ترجمہ کے مختلف مسائل کے بارے میں تربیت دینا ہے۔ شرکاء کو ترجمہ کرنے کےمختلف وسائل سے آگہی کرانا تاکہ ان کو ایک مستند مترجم کے طور پر تیار کیا جاسکے۔ شرکاء مختلف کالجوں اور یونیورسٹیوں کے طلباء اور ریسرچ اسکالر ہیں۔ ان کی لسانی استعداد مختلف زبانوں اور مختلف مضامین میں ہوتی ہے، کالج اور اسکولوں کے اساتذہ ،مختلف النوع پیشوں سے لوگ بھی ان پروگراموں میں حصہ لے سکتے ہیں۔ مترجمین کےنیشل رجسٹر سے بھی شرکاء کو لیا جاسکتا ہے۔

اس پروگرام میں مدعو کیے گئےذی صلاحیت اشخاص وہ ہیں جن کی مطالعات ترجمہ سے یا اس سے متعلقہ مضامین اور/ ہندوستانی زبانوں کے وہ مصنفین جو مسلسل ہندوستانی زبانوں میں علمی متون کی تخلیق کرتے ہیں۔ وہ ماہرین جنھوں نے علمی متون کا ترجمہ کیاہے اور وہ جو مختلف ہندوستانی زبانوں میں تکنیکی اصطلاح سازی سے وابسطہ رہے ہیں وہ این۔ٹی ۔ایم کے لیے بطور ذی صلاحیت اشخاص ہوسکتے ہیں ۔
 

دیگر پروگرام
این۔ٹی۔ایم کی سرگرمیوں کی آگاہی کو ترقی دینے کے لیے ملک بھر میں ہونے والے کتابی میلوں میں شرکت کرتاہے۔ جسیے ہی ترجمہ شدہ کتابیں شایع ہوجاتی ہیں، این۔ٹی۔ایم بھی اشتہاری پروگراموں کا انعقاد کرےگا جن میں مصنفین کا اجتماع، مترجمین کا اجتماع وغیرہ
